Chateau Mihope covers an area of 1,800 mu (296 acres), including 1,500 mu (247 acres) of vineyard, where a total of 7 varieties that are Chardonnay, Riesling, Viognier, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Marselan are growing, amounting to about 300,000 grape seedlings imported from France. The vineyard that is built in a standardized manner is fully equipped with drip irrigation equipment imported from Israel, which escorts the outputting of 500 tons or about 500,000 bottles of high-quality chateau wine per year!

 

 
 

 



Chateau Mihope——Vinification Management

 


 
 
Chateau Mihope invited Italian traditional design company LASI to customize a simple European-style Chateau in an all-around way. In the design, natural gravity brewing process is used, and the world's advanced production equipment for pretreatment, fermentation, depth filtration, cold stabilization, filling and others is introduced. Based on the scientific and rational brewing process, with the careful design and high-standard selection of the process flow, the design combines beautiful appearance with practical functions, and highlights the perfect integration of product quality and the Chateau.
 
Chateau Mihope insists on hiring experienced workers to hand-select each high-quality grape that goes into the fermenter.
A 24-hour intelligent temperature control system is installed in fermentation workshop, and Midea’s central air-conditioning system is installed in underground oak barrel storage area to accurately control the temperature. They strictly control the wine quality improvement during the fermentation period and the aging period.
 
In addition, Chateau Mihope stores wine in French oak barrels of different brands with the expectation to achieve the best match of wine quality and oak barrels. The combination of modern technology and traditional crafts produces the finest quality wine that is unique to Chateau Mihope.
